Frequently Asked Questions

How do I claim my certificate?

Simply enter your registered email address in the search box above. If the event organizers have uploaded your details, you will see your certificates instantly. Click "View & Claim" to preview, download, or share them.

How is my email privacy protected?

We take data privacy seriously. By default, attendee email addresses are cryptographically hashed using the SHA-256 algorithm before they are stored. The search matches your query locally by hashing your input, meaning raw emails are never publicly exposed.

How can third parties verify my certificate?

Every certificate contains a unique Credential Registry ID (and a secure QR code). Anyone can visit the "Verify Certificate" tab and enter this ID to verify its authenticity, name of the recipient, date of issuance, and the course details.

My certificate was not found. What should I do?

First, double-check that you entered the correct email address (without typos) and that it matches the email you used for event registration. If it still doesn't appear, it's possible the organizer hasn't uploaded the credentials yet. Please contact the event organizers directly to confirm.

Administrator Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Community Setup & Branding

  1. Make sure your community settings in Settings are configured with your Cloudflare Proxy URL.
  2. Verify that your logo and color accent apply correctly on the client interface.

Step 2: Certificate Canvas Design

  1. Select an active event from the dropdown at the top of the page.
  2. Navigate to the Layout Designer.
  3. Upload a background template (must be high-res, e.g. 1920x1080 PNG).
  4. Drag text boxes and the QR code block to their exact coordinates on the canvas.
  5. Use the typography panel to customize fonts, colors, and weights.
  6. Under Actions, choose to commit the design per-event or community-wide (as a fallback). Click Commit Design to save.

Step 3: Issuing Credentials (Bulk CSV)

  1. Go to the Bulk Issue tab.
  2. Ensure you have selected the correct event in the global dropdown.
  3. Prepare your CSV roster. Columns for Recipient Name and Recipient Email are required. You can optionally include columns for Signature, Issue Date, Expiry Date, and other custom layout variables.
  4. Upload the CSV file.
  5. Map the CSV column headers to the designer template fields. Any fields not mapped (such as optional signature or date fields) will fallback automatically to their default template values.
  6. Review the generated preview table for any duplication warnings (prevents double issuing) or typos.
  7. Click Register Certificates to commit them to the registry database.
  8. Click Download Certificates ZIP to download the pre-rendered image files for distribution.

Step 4: Registry Management & Expiration

  1. Navigate to the Issued Certificates tab.
  2. Here you can view all issued records, filter by event, or search for individuals.
  3. Toggle a certificate's status to Inactive to revoke verification immediately without deleting the record.
  4. Set or update an optional Expiry Date for credentials.
  5. Click Commit Registry Changes to save updates.
